Are You cleaning your Teeth Right?
The best way to clean the teeth and mouth is to brush the teeth. Soaking neem stem in water overnight makes it soft. It can be taken by toothbrush by chewing it with teeth. Clean the gums, teeth, and tongue with it.
If you cannot easily find the neem tooth, then brush the teeth thoroughly with a brush. Most people are unable to use toothbrushes properly. This brush should be washed twice a week in hot water. Do not keep it in the bathroom after brushing, so keep it in an open, clean place where it dries.
It is good if the toothbrush is kept in the sun. This destroys all the harmful bacteria present in the brush. So always keep the mouth clean. Clean the tongue with a tongue cleaner. Use floss between the teeth. And pour hot water into the mouth and gargle with it.
Problem with your Eye Sight?
Take non-glycerin rose water in the eyes with a light hand wash. Clean the ears with water. Cleansing of these senses will generate activity in the body. A person should spend some time in meditation or chanting in his or her daily routine. This generates energy in the brain. This should be done daily for the purity of the mind. According to the sages, only after this Shuchi (Free from Impurities) should the person come out of the house, so that his behavior is good and work well.
After that nutritious taste and light breakfast should be taken. Taking breakfast is absolutely essential as it is the first meal of the day.
Lunch: After 4-5 hours of morning breakfast, lunch comes. According to Ayurveda, it is the most prominent food of the day. It should be full of brighter, more energetic substances. What is The Right Time for Sleeping?
According to Ayurveda, there is a law of sleeping in the second half of the night. By 10 o’clock you should lie down on your bed to sleep. Before that, spend some quality time with family members. Ask each other well and enjoy family happiness. You can also listen to a mild melody. It is beneficial for relaxing the mind. Pray for 5-10 minutes before sleeping.
