What Exercises Boost Immunity

Tadasana or Mountain pose

Stand straight with hands resting side by side. Stretch both your hands while interlocking them palms facing forward breath in with a deep inhale. Stretch your hands above your head and take smaller breaths in and out. Slowly put your palms down while stretching them forward to the side by side. Release!

Dhanurasana or Bow Pose

Lay down on your stomach with feet apart, hands straight palms facing the floor. Fold your legs up slowly and keep your hands on your ankles. 
Breathe in, pull your chest off the ground, pull your knees up, and pull your chest out. Your body will look like a bow if you are new it will take time but you will reach there.

Dhanurasana or Bow Pose

Adho Mukha Savanasana or Downward Facing Dog

First, come into plank pose Hold your elbows straight over your wrists and your hips straight over your knees. 
Tuck your toes under your thighs and straighten them. Your heart should be engaged, and don’t let your back sag or your shoulders scrunch up into your face. Push out your hips and glutes.

Lay back or lie on your stomach in a supine posture. Slowly lift the legs upwards while holding your back with your palms bring them to a straight line between the abdomen and chest.

Bhastrika Pranayama also helps to reduce weight. Sit in any meditative posture comfortably begin with normal breathing hands on your knees. Slowly exhale forcefully you will feel your abdomen going in and out.

Time for meditation is on you whenever you have free time you can start meditating in a silent room or a ventilated place with a window where you can get fresh oxygen.

Sit comfortably and start by taking slow and steady breaths. After focusing your mind on your breath start with chanting a mantra while inhaling and exhale when you want to stop. Repeat the process as long you wish.
